Our whole milk mozzarella is crafted in Wisconsin using fresh milk from local farmers.  We shred it in house daily to ensue a creamy, smooth taste and the legendary melt that can only be found Chicago Style.

Signature sausage, bacon, sautéed onions, jalapeño, freshly shredded mozzarella and our all-natural, house made tomato sauce.

Spinach, feta and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese with a garlic and virgin olive oil base. (Thin Crust or Deep Dish only)
