Thin Crust Canadian Bacon & Pineapple

Our whole milk mozzarella is crafted in Wisconsin using fresh milk from local farmers.  We shred it in house daily to ensue a creamy, smooth taste and the legendary melt that can only be found Chicago Style.

Sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, black olives, red onions, freshly shredded mozzarella and our all-natural, house made tomato sauce.
