Our whole milk mozzarella is crafted in Wisconsin using fresh milk from local farmers.  We shred it in house daily to ensue a creamy, smooth taste and the legendary melt that can only be found Chicago Style.

Fresh mushrooms, sautéed onions, green peppers, black olives, freshly shredded mozzarella and our all-natural, house made tomato sauce.
