Delfino's Chicago Style Pizza
It all starts with our proprietary recipes that were perfected in Chicago nearly 75 years ago. We make our dough and sauces daily that turn out our pizza’s traditional buttery, flakey crust and tangy tomato sauces. We then add only the freshest of ingredients and cook the 2” deep masterpieces in our 1947 Faulds oven that we shipped here from Chicago back in 1993. Every pizza is served piping hot and carries with it my personal guarantee.
While our roots are in Chicago, we believe strongly in supporting our local community. We train and employ several U.W. students, partner with schools and charity organizations, and field a baseball team every year through NESLL.
